Want to have your baby dedicated? Here are forms and information to help you plan. Please print all three documents, fill in the Baby Dedication Information Form and send to the Church Office. Baby Dedications are held on the 5th Sunday of the month.

The HHCDC Prophetic Arts Ministry has three components - Prophetic Mime Team, Praise Corp and Performing Arts. If you would like to have any of these groups minister at your church or event, please fill out the Request Form and send to the church, Attn: HHCDC.
